As a Telesales Supervisor with our company, you will be responsible for the supervision, training and sales coaching of 15-20 outbound and inbound Telephone Sales Representatives (TSR). This is a full time, second shift, exempt level position. It requires the supervision of employees working from the hours of 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
Excellent motivational, organizational and communication skills are essential, strengthened by your proven leadership ability. Possesing a high level of dependability and initiative, you ideally have past supervisory experience in a call center environment. You adapt quickly to changing situations and are dedicated to continuous improvement and customer service excellence. Meanwhile your great communication skills identify you as an ideal candidate for our community -oriented team. A Life/Health License is neccesary for this position, or must be obtained within 6 months time period.
